Moffatt & Nichol recently completed a 10-Year Vision Plan for the Crown Bay District in St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The area supports one of the island's two cruise ports as well as a yachting center, government offices, and commercial, light industrial, and recreational facilities. The plan combines suggestions from the community, cruise passenger surveys, feedback from cruise line officials, and input from the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association and other stakeholders. The plan will be presented to the community at a public meeting on today.
