With more than 40 years of experience, Francisco joins the firm as a structural engineer, with expertise in projects that include port and shipyard facilities, highway and railway bridges, and the structural strengthening and repair of damaged structures. His port experience comprises both bulk and containerized terminals and their associated structures, from mooring and material handling structures to terminal yards and backland buildings.
Francisco received his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Alberto Luiz Coimbra Institute for Graduate Studies and Research in Engineering in Rio de Janeiro.
