The I-405 Improvement Project has been named Project of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers Orange County Chapter. The project adds general purpose lanes, tolled express lanes, and interchange reconfigurations that improve operational efficiency, reduce congestion-related accidents and provide safety enhancements to one of the busiest freeway segments in the country.
