The Magnolia development in Charleston, South Carolina, had previously been used as an industrial zone and necessitated restoration. Moffatt & Nichol will work with the City of Charleston to renovate this waterfront surrounding the Ashley River by creating a communal and environmentally friendly space. The waterfront amenities will include a boardwalk, overlook, marina, and dock that will be easily accessible to the public. The waterfront destination will be accompanied by a 23-acre park to revitalize the surrounding area.
