Moffatt & Nichol welcomes Amber Roesler, who joins the firm as a Senior Environmental Scientist, bringing expertise in environmental assessment, site spill and sediment characterization, and petroleum hydrocarbon soil remediation. Amber has joined the Seattle office team, where she will focus on projects that that involve Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, hazardous material spill cleanup and dredge permitting. As an environmental professional with more than 15 years of experience working in the field, Amber has managed and performed numerous Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, as well as groundwater characterizations, site spill and sediment characterizations, and remedial activities.
Amber has been responsible for coordinating and completing a wide range of field activities, including soil and groundwater sampling from direct-push, hollow-stem auger, and sonic drilling operations; soil gas sampling; well installation monitoring; and groundwater monitoring. She has extensive experience with involving petroleum hydrocarbons and remediation, on a broad range of projects involving ports and marine terminal, facilities, bridges, roadways, and former industrial sites.
Amber earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry and her Master of Science in Geochemistry from Montana Technological University at Butte.
