Andy Nowak, PE, has extensive experience in program management and design-build delivery. He has managed large state and public works contracts and played key roles on a variety of projects for agencies, such as Caltrans, Orange County Transportation Authority, LA Metro, and other regional transportation agencies. His expertise includes highway, rail, and roadway engineering design. Andy is also experienced in design-build delivery.
Prior to joining Moffatt & Nichol, Andy worked for professional services firms on projects throughout Southern California and in the Bay Area. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
