Brian has been involved with marine and transportation projects spanning the entire Eastern Seaboard to the Gulf, as well as projects in the Caribbean and on the West Coast. His estimating experience includes bids that range from $100,000 to $4.5 billion for major infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and marine structures. Brian as worked with national and multinational construction contractors on projects for clients that include departments of transportation, airport and port authorities, and local, state, and federal agencies.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of North Florida and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University. He is certified as a qualified stormwater management inspector by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
