We welcome James Cornnell to our Tampa office! James is a construction industry professional with more than 25 years of experience, expanding our services in constructability and risk management! Prior to joining Moffatt & Nichol, James held management positions with design-build and shore infrastructure contractors, leading estimating, preconstruction, and construction teams on projects throughout the southeastern U.S. and Caribbean.
He has served as an estimator and preconstruction operations manager, project manager and quality control manager and has performed in the roles of project engineer, field engineer, and surveyor, emphasizing projects involving waterfront construction and design-build delivery for structures, such as bridges, wharf and berthing facilities, piers, marinas, and seawalls.
James receive his Bachelor of Science in engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
