Emphasizing marine construction projects, Mike McIntyre has been responsible for preparing construction cost estimates for large marine and transportation projects, with values in excess of $1 billion, including projects involving dams, locks, weirs, bridges, floodwalls, and other hydraulic structures. Before joining Moffatt & Nichol, Mike worked for U.S.-based construction companies on projects throughout the United States and internationally. He has extensive experience with multiple U.S. Army Corps of Engineers districts, as well as other government entities, utilities, and oil and gas companies.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, with a construction management focus, from the University of Pittsburgh.
