Michael is a professional engineer with 30-plus years of experience that includes construction project supervision and inspection for a variety of marine and transportation-related projects, including highway, bridge and rail. He has provided resident engineering services for large-scale multidiscipline port facility redevelopment projects and has extensive experience in dredging permitting, design, and construction, as well as the construction and operation of dredged material containment facilities.
Most recently, Michael has also been involved with environmental remediation, oyster reef restoration, stormwater best management practices maintenance and improvements, living shoreline establishment, and substrate improvements.
Michael is a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a Pennsylvania-licensed professional engineer
