We would like to welcome Saurabh Shukla to our Raleigh office! Saurabh is a senior traffic planning professional with more than 15 years of experience! Click to find out more. With an emphasis in traffic planning and modeling, Saurabh’s work has focused on traffic analysis for projects large and small, within the U.S. and internationally. Saurabh’s areas of expertise include traffic capacity and operational analyses, corridor feasibility and transportation planning studies and urban planning strategies. He has extensive experience in capacity analysis and micro-simulation using TransModeler, VISSIM, Synchro and HCS. Saurabh will be collaborating with Moffatt & Nichol’s Southeast and Mid-Atlantic offices to expand our traffic operations expertise and transportation planning capabilities.
Over Saurabh’s 15-year professional consulting and engineering career, he has been exposed to a wide variety of projects across the traffic analysis and planning spectrum, from performing small-scale traffic impact analyses to modeling complex highway systems. He has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from National Institute of Technology in Bhopal, India and master’s degree in transportation planning from Michigan State University in East Lansing. Saurabh is currently pursuing Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family and friends.
