With 25 years of experience in the marine construction industry, Seann enhances our estimating, project development and construction oversight team with his extensive experience working on complex dredging projects ranging from new construction, maintenance, deepening and beach nourishment. Seann will bring a level of understanding of dredging projects that will bring value to our clients through experience-based decision-making when developing projects. He has served as the lead estimator for some of the most high-profile projects in the dredging industry, including the waterways in New York Harbor, Wilmington Harbor, Delaware River, Charleston Harbor, Miami Harbor, and the Port of Long Beach. Seann has also performed as lead estimator for several multinational joint ventures for projects in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Seann earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from North Central College and received his Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
