Chad is a coastal engineer who brings over 15 years of combined professional experience encompassing project work in the coastal engineering, maritime, and ocean science industries. His work has included implementing hydrodynamic and sediment transport models for a wide range of projects in complex coastal environments. Chad has performed analysis of dredging and marine project impacts in support of environmental assessments, as well as expert analysis of contaminated sediment fate from in-water and outfall sources. He has also performed detailed wave-structure interaction analyses, as well as vessel traffic and hydrodynamic analyses for marine terminal operations.
Chad received his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Applied Ocean Science from the University of California, San Diego.
