Chris comes to Moffatt & Nichol with more than 30 years of experience in heavy civil construction and inspection. His experience includes over 10 years as a general superintendent for a civil engineering contractor and nearly 15 years as a construction inspector overseeing some of the Port of Long Beach’s largest and most challenging capital improvement projects. He served as the principal construction inspector for the landmark Middle Harbor Redevelopment Project, a $1.5 billion program, made up of 15 individual construction contracts.
