Doug joins us with more than 25 years of experience as a maritime professional with expertise in port and terminal development and marine terminal operations. He has worked within and led international teams of varying size and scope for small and large shipping and terminal companies worldwide. Throughout his career, he has focused on offering leadership in the highly strategic business of marine terminal operations with an emphasis on terminal operations and development and ocean carrier and terminal commercial contracting, with an appreciation for the interaction between private companies and port authorities vested with the business of operating those assets in the public trust. Having lived and worked in various locations around the globe, he aims to use his experiences to align with the perspectives of clients in order to tailor solutions to their needs.
Doug received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Affairs and Political Science from the University of Rhode lsland.
