Ed comes to the firm with experience leading multidiscipline project teams in delivering turnkey planning and design of critical transportation infrastructure for a broad base of clients across the North Carolina market. He has led numerous transportation teams and is highly experienced in managing complex transportation and civil projects for clients across the public sector, both as a transportation engineer and leader. This experience includes delivering planning, design, management, and construction inspection services for a variety of transportation, public works, and utility projects. His areas of expertise include project management and administration, as well as roadway, site, airport engineering, and utility design. Ed’s project experience includes traffic capacity analyses, construction engineering and inspection, and on-call contracts.
Ed received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
