Eddy Kharrazi has over 17 years of experience in program and project management. Eddy has delivered projects valued in excess of $100 million on time and within budget goals by maintaining accountability and authority for scheduling, costs, risks, and economics through decision gates and by managing project permits, environmental requirements, design and construction activities. He has provided strategic oversight by managing the capital investment projects during all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning, execution, monitoring and controlling to final project close out. As a project manager, he has organized, coordinated, and directed multi-disciplined teams regarding different project requirements, such as environmental requirements, operation needs, grant application requirement, constructability requirements, and security and safety requirements. As program manager, he ran the Facility Inspection and Condition Assessment Program for Port Houston’s Asset Management department. He also served as the civil/structural subject matter expert for Port Houston and was the technical authority at Shell International Exploration and Production.
