John is a project and program manager with 15 years of experience, leading a range of multidisciplinary infrastructure development projects and planning studies in North America and abroad. He is a skilled professional in project management, value engineering, and coastal, water resources and port infrastructure engineering projects, with special expertise in reservoir management. John’s experience as a project leader and engineer includes supporting both public- and private-sector clients. He has a high degree of competency in integrated project planning and project performance baseline management.
John received his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, and went on to earn a Master of Engineering in Coastal and Ocean Engineering from Oregon State University, Corvallis. He is a registered professional engineer in Washington.
