Julie is a senior executive leader in the transportation industry, with over 25 years of experience in customer-focused strategic planning and the management of widely diverse transportation capital and operational projects in the local, state, and federal arenas. She has planned, directed, and promoted a diverse mix of multi-billion-dollar, multi-year capital and operating programs in support of light rail transit, passenger/commuter rail, bus rapid transit, roadway and highway, port, and military projects. Julie has successfully led teams in private and public environments to open up transportation silos and embrace highly successful, multi-industry mobility solutions.
