Paul is both a chartered engineer and chartered environmentalist with over 27 years of experience in ports, coastal, river, and infrastructure engineering that includes project management, and team leadership experience in Europe, Middle East, Far East, South America, the Caribbean, Africa, and South Asia. He has worked on both client-side design and project management consultancies, as well as in design-and-build contractor relationships. Paul has held positions of both lead design and client representative/site engineer of construction projects up to $250 million USD on dredging, reclamation, marine, infrastructure and environmental projects and has undertaken roles reporting to senior government (prime ministerial/royal family) and authority officials. His complementary skillsets and dual certifications are exceptionally well suited across Moffatt & Nichol’s business lines.
