Paul Prenzler is a coastal engineer with more than 25 years of professional experience across Australia and the South Pacific Islands. He has a strong background in coastal engineering design, hazard mitigation studies, and environmental management, working with government, industry, and community clients to address coastal management issues and is a strong advocate of sustainable development and protecting coastal resources. Paul has worked across a number of market sectors, including coastal hazard resilience and coastal protection, ports, recreational boating, environmental enhancement, transport infrastructure, and land development. His experience extends to all aspects of project delivery, including the investigation, environmental assessment, and planning and design of coastal, estuary, and maritime projects.
Paul received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Griffith University. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland.
