Santiago is a transportation structural engineer with more than 20 years of project experience in the United States and the Americas. His extensive experience includes highway bridges, flyovers, grade separations, retaining walls, railroad bridges, landslide mitigation structures, and marine structures. Santiago also has a strong background in seismic analysis and design of bridge structures, and progressive experience in marine structures. Santiago has practiced engineering in Arizona, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Florida, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. Internationally, he has supported projects in Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama.
